At Aariëkrit, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every piece we create.

To maintain the quality and authenticity of our products, we have the following Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.

As a company policy, Aariëkrit does not offer refunds on products sold.

Eligible products may be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value (by paying the price difference), or a Store Credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Aariëkrit.

Store Credit (if issued) will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

If you wish to exchange a product due to a size issue or any other eligible reason, please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. No exchange request will be processed without prior approval from Aariëkrit.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of use.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Products failing to meet these conditions may not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-order or customised products.
• Products purchased during any sale, clearance, promotional, or flash sale.
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers (if applicable).
• Products damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery.

Every Aariëkrit product is handcrafted using traditional techniques by skilled artisans. Minor variations in:

• Embroidery
• Handwork
• Weaving
• Colour
• Texture
• Motif placement
• Fabric finish

are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not manufacturing defects.

Similarly, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting during photography or differences in screen settings.

These unique characteristics are a testament to authentic craftsmanship and make every Aariëkrit creation one of a kind.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

• A damaged product
• An incorrect item
• An incomplete order

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An uninterrupted unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible, is mandatory for any claim relating to:

• Damaged products
• Missing items
• Incorrect products
• Manufacturing defects
• Returns, replacements, or exchanges

Unfortunately, claims submitted without a clear and complete unboxing video cannot be accepted.

This requirement helps us verify transit-related issues and ensures a fair resolution for both our customers and Aariëkrit.

Once your exchange request has been approved, the product must be shipped to us within 7 working days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Aariëkrit. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

After the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.

The customer will bear the shipping charges for dispatching the exchanged product back to their delivery address. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the replacement order is shipped.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Products that have already been exchanged once will not be eligible for any further exchange.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Made-to-order or customised products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Aariëkrit does not offer monetary refunds for products sold. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Aariëkrit is unable to fulfil a confirmed order.
• The ordered product becomes unavailable after payment.
• A duplicate payment has been successfully verified.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
